Pareto is a Chrome extension that analyzes YouTube videos and provides:

• Video grades (P+ to F) displayed on thumbnails
• AI-generated summaries and key takeaways
• Timestamped navigation and highlights
• A personal library to save and organize analyzed videos

The Service requires an internet connection and works exclusively on youtube.com.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free and Premium Plans

3.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes limited video analyses per month. Features and limits may change over time.

3.2 Premium Plan

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access. Subscription details:

• Billing: Monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($49/year)
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Pareto Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of notes and personal data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

5.3 Video Content

Pareto does not own or claim rights to YouTube videos. Our analyses are original content based on publicly available video information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• Availability of specific features

AI-generated summaries and grades are approximations and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pareto Labs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

8. Changes to Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Pareto and delete your account at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
